I don't know about everyone else, but I'm ready for some warmer weather, and I've been cooking like it's already here! ☀️ I'm resharing my recipe for Shrimp Cakes and Aioli 🦐 because it's makes such a delicious summery dinner. You can eat it two different ways, and each one is fantastic. Serve the cakes over butter lettuce with some cherry tomatoes, red onions, parsley, corn, avocado, and the spicy aioli dressing, 🥗 or have it like a burger, and put it on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato
