Michelle Kwan on Instagram: "I love this simple avocado dressing - it’s perfect on any salad! 1 large ripe avocado Juice of 1 large lemon or 2 medium limes 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup water 2 peeled cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, (taste and add more as needed Optional: 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro (I didn’t have any in the house!🤷🏻‍♀️) Ground black pepper Throw ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy texture.
